Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern services provided by Altera Landscaping to residential and commercial customers in Broward County and Palm Beach County, Florida.
Estimates
All estimates are based on the visible condition of the property at the time of inspection. Additional work requested or required may result in an updated estimate.
Scheduling
Service dates are scheduled based on crew availability and weather conditions. Severe weather or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling.
Property Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring access to all work areas, including unlocked gates and removal of obstacles that may prevent safe service.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept credit cards and electronic payments.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or schedule changes.
Damage Disclaimer
Altera Landscaping takes reasonable care to avoid property damage. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by hidden obstacles, underground utilities, improperly installed irrigation systems, or items left in service areas.
Service Changes
Services may be adjusted if property conditions differ from what was originally observed during the estimate.
